God Himself has brought us together around the death of His Son on the cross, to belong to Him, to enjoy Him, to love Him and to live for Him. Because God is the one who brings us together, in Gabalfa we are a diverse group of people – diverse in personality, looks, ages, ethnicities, jobs and backgrounds. Yet we’re a group of people who have Jesus in common with each other, which means everything!
We don’t merely gather for activities and services. We are a family. In Jesus our Lord, we share the greatest bond as brothers and sisters committed to loving each other as our Saviour loved us.
Each member of our church came to Jesus personally, putting their trust in his death and resurrection, acknowledging Him as Lord and repenting from their sins, turning away from their old way of life and following him through the new heart and life He gave.
A clear demonstration of this is through their commitment to the church as members, attending all meetings, serving, giving, being taught and held accountable.
